Patrick Laird - Expected to miss multiple weeks Laird was diagnosed with an MCL sprain Monday and is expected to miss multiple weeks, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports.
Impact Laird suffered the injury in the first quarter of Sunday's win over the Giants and was quickly ruled out after being examined in the medical tent. With the 26-year-old expected to be sidelined for multiple weeks, it's likely that he will be placed on injured reserve to open up a roster spot. Laird has played double-digit offensive snaps just twice this season, so his absence shouldn't impact the Dolphins' offensive rotations.

Tua Tagovailoa - Guides Dolphins to victory Tagovailoa completed 30 of his 41 pass attempts for 244 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 20-9 win over the Giants.
Impact Tagovailoa reached 40 pass attempts for the third time this season and for the first time since Week 7. He put up a disappointing yardage total by averaging only 6.0 yards per attempt despite being accurate with his passes. That was a product of largely working in short areas of the field, as he had only one completion of more than 20 yards. However, Tagovailoa salvaged his performance with a pair of touchdowns, one from five yards away and the other from two. Tagovailoa has proven to have a safe floor of production in recent weeks, though he has topped 300 passing yards only once on the campaign.

Impact Gesicki kept pace with Jaylen Waddle in terms of targets, the first time since Week 3 that he's racked up double-digit opportunities. While he converted a high number of those looks into catches, Gesicki was largely limited to looks in the short areas of the field as his longest catch went for only 17 yards -- also marking his only double-digit gain on the day. Gesicki has been targeted inconsistently this season, though it's encouraging that he was so involved even with DeVante Parker (shoulder) back on the field.

DeVante Parker - Five catches in return Parker recorded five receptions on five targets for 62 yards in Sunday's 20-9 win over the Giants.
Impact Parker was able to suit up for the first time since Week 8 after being placed on injured reserve due to a shoulder injury. He finished fourth on the team with five targets, most notably working behind Albert Wilson. However, Parker made the most of his opportunities, getting looks in the short areas of the field and also converting a couple deep targets into receptions. Most importantly, Parker appears to have finished the game without any setbacks and can now focus on producing in Week 15 against the Jets after the team's bye.
