Delivers another spectacular outing Parsons finished with three tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble Sunday in Dallas' 27-20 win over Washington. Impact Parsons' biggest highlight of the day came in late in the first quarter, when he easily beat right guard Brandon Scherff on a blitz up the middle, then sacked a backpeddling Taylor Heinicke and forced a fumble that was returned by teammate Dorance Armstrong for a 37-yard touchdown. In so doing, Parsons became the third rookie in NFL history to record a sack in at least six straight games. The 22-year-old then took down Heinicke again on Washington's next drive, bringing his sack count up to 12 on the season. With 75 tackles to go along with his 12 sacks and three forced fumbles through 13 games, Parsons has all but locked up the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Award.
