Expected to play Week 18 Raiders interim head coach Rich Bissacia said he expects Hobbs to play in Sunday's game against the Chargers after the cornerback was arrested on a misdemeanor DUI charge Monday in... Impact Bisaccia's comments suggest that the Raiders will leave it up to the NFL to decide whether Hobbs faces any punishment after the rookie fifth-round draft pick was found asleep in a vehicle parked on the exit ramp of a parking garage and then arrested after failing a field sobriety test. Hobbs' attorneys have since contested the DUI charge, so the league will presumably let the legal process play out before deciding whether Hobbs' actions warrant a fine and/or a suspension. The 22-year-old has enjoyed a strong debut campaign as the Raiders' nickel cornerback, tallying 67 tackles, an interception, a forced fumble and a sack through 15 games.
