Left off injury report Samac (lower leg) wasn't on the Ravens' injury report Monday.

Impact Samac has been battling a lower leg injury over the last week or so, but it now appears that he's moved past the issue after being left off Baltimore's injury report Monday. Expect the 2024 seventh-round pick to serve as the Ravens' backup center during his rookie campaign.

Impact Coach John Harbaugh said Monday that the injury Samac sustained during Baltimore's final preseason game was "an ankle sprain," though not a major one. He figures to play a depth role for the Ravens in 2024.

Limps off Samac limped off the field with a possible lower leg injury during the Ravens' preseason game against the Packers on Saturday, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Impact The center was also looked at by trainers and helped off, per Wacker. Samac is listed as the team's backup center behind Tyler Linderbaum. The Michigan State product was a seventh-round pick of the Ravens back in April.
