Impact Remigio has been competing against Skyy Moore, Mecole Hardman and others for a return specialist role on kickoffs and punts during training camp. Across the Chiefs' two preseason games, Remigio has returned his two kickoffs for 31 yards each and added a 42-yard punt return in Saturday's contest against the Lions. He's also seen work on offense, accumulating five catches on eight targets for 51 targets across his two preseason outings. Remigio spent all of 2023 on the Chiefs' reserve/injured list with a wrist injury, and he has the endorsement of Toub to make the final 53-man roster at the end of training camp.
