Impact Mitchell recently competed in the USFL with the Birmingham Stallions and spent the majority of last season on the Cowboys' practice squad. He had 23 catches for 333 yards and three touchdowns for the Stallions and went through a tryout with the Packers on Monday before being offered the contract.
