Jalen Hurts - Should be ready for Week 15 Hurts (ankle) is expected to be fully healthy and available to start in the Eagles' next game Week 15 versus Washington, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Impact Hurts' sprained left ankle caused him to miss his first game of the season Week 13, clearing the way for Gardner Minshew to pick up a spot start. The third-year signal-caller was impressive in place of Hurts, completing 20 of 25 attempts for 242 yards and two touchdowns to guide the Eagles to a 33-18 win over the Jets. Despite Minshew's outstanding showing and Hurts' inconsistency as a passer through the team's first 12 games, head coach Nick Sirianni confirmed after the win over the Jets that the latter would retain the starting job coming out of the Eagles' Week 14 bye, if healthy. Hurts looks like he'll be ready to go for the matchup with Washington, but he likely won't be officially confirmed as the team's starter until he resumes practicing as a full participant in the next few days.
