Ben Roethlisberger - Busy but ineffective in Week 4 Roethlisberger completed 38 of 58 passes for 318 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions in Sunday's 24-10 loss to the Bengals. He added five yards on his lone rushing attempt. Impact Roethlisberger got off to an atrocious start, going 3-for-7 for eight yards and an interception over Pittsburgh's first three drives. He settled down after that and adapted to the absence of favorite receiver Diontae Johnson (knee), finding rookie tight end Pat Freiermuth for a four-yard touchdown to tie the game late in the second quarter. Attrition caught up to the Steelers' passing game in the second half, as JuJu Smith-Schuster (ribs) left the game and Chase Claypool needed attention for a shoulder injury, while Roethlisberger was picked off a second time. The veteran quarterback ended up with a solid yardage total thanks to extensive volume, but his poor play was a major factor in this loss, as the Bengals capitalized on the short field with touchdown drives after both of his interceptions. Given the injury-riddled state of Pittsburgh's offense, Roethlisberger will be hard to trust in Week 4, even against the underperforming Packers defense.
