Jamal Adams - Should return this weekAdams (soreness) is likely to return to the team this week, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
ImpactThe safety dealt with a knee injury in Seattle last season, though it remains unclear if that issue is the source of this one. Adams was released by the Seahawks in May after playing just 10 regular season games the past two seasons. The three-time All-Pro signed with the Titans in July and could open the 2024 campaign as the team's starting strong safety.

Tennessee Titans Top Plays vs. San Francisco 49ers | 2024 Preseason Week 1
6 months ago
Treylon Burks - Takes field with first unitBurks hauled in his lone reception for 12 yards in Saturday's 17-13 preseason win over the 49ers.
ImpactBurks continues to run with the first-unit offense alongside Calvin Ridley while DeAndre Hopkins (knee) remains questionable for the start of the regular season. The larger role would certainly boost Burks' fantasy stock, which took a hit following the signing of Ridley this past offseason. Even when the Titans' veteran wideouts are healthy, Burks figures to remain a part of the passing game in a slot role.

Cody Schrader - Role elevated in preseason debutSchrader rushed five times for six yards while catching his lone target for three yards in Saturday's preseason loss to Tennessee.
ImpactSchrader was the first back brought off the bench behind elevated starter Jordan Mason on a night where the starting offense was rested and multiple running backs remained sidelined with injuries. The undrafted Missouri product didn't do much with his opportunity, but he does offer some upside with a proven college career that seemingly had him fall through the cracks during the NFL Draft. Schrader will definitely be buried on the depth chart if he sticks on San Francisco's roster, but he could be prove useful should he land in a situation with a path to touches as a rookie.

Tyjae Spears - Sees four touches to Pollard's sixSpears rushed three times for two yards and a touchdown and caught his only target for two yards in Saturday's 17-13 preseason win over the Titans.
ImpactTony Pollard was the first back deployed in Saturday's exhibition, but Spears had his touches mixed in with the first-unit offense. The 23-year-old didn't do much with his four touches in comparison to co-starter Pollard (6-46-0), but he was able to cash in a short touchdown run behind a revamped offensive line. Both backs should continue to get plenty of run this preseason as they jockey for position atop Tennessee's depth chart.

Brandon Allen - Starts preseason openerAllen completed seven of 13 pass attempts for 98 yards while getting the nod under center in Saturday's preseason tilt against Tennessee.
ImpactSan Francisco rested most of its starting offense Saturday, allowing Allen to start the first half and journeyman backup Joshua Dobbs to handle the remaining snaps. The latter (14 of 20 for 146 yards) looked better in the competition to be Brock Purdy's backup, but Allen had to face the opponent's starting defense and was also saddled with two incompletions due to drops. Neither signal-caller will be on fantasy radars come Week 1, as Purdy will be running the well-oiled machine that is San Francisco's offense when the regular season kicks off.

Calvin Ridley - Makes splash play in TEN debutRidley had one reception off of two targets for 22 yards in Saturday's 17-13 preseason win over the 49ers.
ImpactRidley was able to rip off a big gain with his new club when he took a short pass and made a couple of defenders miss in the open field. The 30-year-old wound up seeing two of starting quarterback Will Levis' five targets in the exhibition win. The Titans were without the services of DeAndre Hopkins (knee) on Saturday, who is expected to miss at least a few more weeks with a knee injury. Ridley handled the No. 1 wideout role in the veteran's stead, but he figures to start alongside Nuk once the latter is cleared to return.
