Jedrick Wills Jr. - Won't return to practice this weekWills (knee) has not been cleared to practice this week, and his return date is uncertain, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

ImpactWills had knee surgery last December and was placed on the active/PUP list in late July. He'll end up missing Cleveland's entire preseason slate, though he could still be ready to start by Week 1 of the regular season. The Browns have been hit hard by injuries to their tackle group, as Jack Conklin (knee), James Hudson (ankle), Hakeem Adeniji (knee) and Germain Ifedi (hand) are all currently hurt as well.

ImpactHicks is likely to miss all three of the Browns' exhibition contests, but he still has a chance of being ready to suit up for Week 1 of the regular season. The veteran linebacker signed a two-year contract with Cleveland in March and will look to extend his five-year streak of recording 100-plus tackles in 2024.
