Eagles-Washington moved to Tuesday Watkins and the Eagles will no longer play Washington on Sunday, after the NFL officially rescheduled the matchup between the two teams for Tuesday at 7 p.m. ET. Impact Due to ongoing COVID-19-related issues within Washington's organization, the NFL is hopeful that by delaying the game two days, the Football Team will restore enough players from the reserve/COVID-19 list to alleviate depth concerns on the roster. Philadelphia has thus far avoided a team-wide outbreak of the virus, though Watkins is the lone player on the roster currently residing on the COVID-19 list. The Eagles haven't indicated where Watkins stands in his bid to return from the list, but the two-day delay for the Week 15 game could be enough time for him to gain clearance. If Watkins is ultimately unable to play Tuesday, the Eagles would likely turn to Jalen Reagor, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside and Greg Ward to pick up reps alongside No. 1 receiver DeVonta Smith.
