Fully cleared for all activities Layne has made a complete recovery from the torn ACL he suffered last October and is fully cleared for all football activities, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Impact Layne played in five games with the Chargers last season before tearing his ACL in Week 6. He made one start but was relegated almost exclusively to special-teams work in his other four contests. Layne is currently a free agent, and Wilson reports that several teams, including the Giants and Cardinals, are interested in bringing him in for a workout.
