Big performance against Titans Higgins recorded six receptions on nine targets for 95 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 against the Titans.
Impact Higgins had a firm grip on the second receiver role as KhaDarel Hodge (hamstring) was sidelined. He took advantage of the opportunity, racking up his highest target total since Week 1 of the 2017 season. Higgins delivered a number of explosive plays, the longest of which was a 35-yard reception over the middle of the field early in the first quarter. He also tacked on a 17-yard touchdown midway through the second quarter, beating his coverage in the back corner of the end zone. Given that the Browns are typically heavily reliant on the running game, Higgins will be hard-pressed to replicate this volume in a Week 14 matchup against the Ravens.

Impact Higgins had just one catch and fewer than 20 yards for the third time in seven games since taking on a larger offensive role in Week 5. This could have been a bigger week for Higgins, who has zero touchdowns in the last five games, but quarterback Baker Mayfield sailed a throw over a wide-open Higgins in the end zone on a drive that ended in a field goal. Higgins is firmly planted as the Browns' second wideout for a team that relies more on the ground attack than its receivers.

Impact The Eagles took away top wideout Jarvis Landry, who had a season-low two targets, while Higgins and KhaDarel Hodge (five targets, 73 yards) took on lead downfield roles. Higgins' profile has increased in the wake of Odell Beckham's season-ending knee injury early in Week 7, and he's averaged 3.3 catches, 4.3 targets and 59.3 yards over the last four games. Ironically, his two touchdowns this season came in games when Beckham was still healthy. The Browns have a road date Week 12 against the one-win Jaguars.

Three targets in windy loss Higgins caught one of three targets for 14 yards in Sunday's 16-6 loss to the Raiders.
Impact After a breakout performance Week 7, when Odell Beckham sustained a season-ending knee injury, Higgins fell back to earth against Las Vegas. It wasn't so much the Raiders' defense as it was the conditions -- 35 MPH winds that were shifting all day -- which made throwing difficult. Quarterback Baker Mayfield attempted just 25 passes while the Raiders Derek Carr threw 24. Additionally, Las Vegas won the possession battle, limiting the Browns to just six drives and 22 minutes with the ball. Higgins (35 snaps) and KhaDarel Hodge (34 snaps) shared the No. 2 wideout job but only Higgins was targeted. Cleveland enters its bye week and will likely retain the existing corps of wide receivers through Tuesday's trade deadline, so Higgins and Hodge should continue to battle for snaps/targets behind Jarvis Landry from here on out.
