Back at practice Watkins (undisclosed) returned to practice Wednesday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports. Impact Watkins had been out since mid-August, missing the final week of training camp and the entire preseason. The Ravens downplayed his injury, and the 28-year-old now appears to be on track for Week 1 against the Raiders, likely teaming up with Marquise Brown as the starting duo at wide receiver. Rookie first-round pick Rashod Bateman was on track for a top-three role before core-muscle surgery ruled him out for at least the first few games of the season. Devin Duvernay may be an adequate replacement in the slot, but he's seemingly less of a threat to poach two-wide snaps from Watkins and Brown.
