Deebo Samuel Sr. - Shut down by Seahawks Samuel had four receptions (seven targets) for 22 yards while losing one yard on his only rushing attempt in Sunday's 20-17 loss to Seattle.
Impact Samuel was blanketed by the Seahawks' athletic secondary with George Kittle (hamstring) inactive and Brandon Aiyuk (knee) done for the season. For reference, Samuel feasted on the Seahawks for 117 yards and a touchdown back in Week 6 when the receiving corps was at full strength. If Kittle is able to suit up for Week 12 after almost being able to suit up Sunday, then San Francisco's offense will look more like we have become accustomed to. Even if the star tight end doesn't play, fantasy managers are starting Samuel against the Packers next Sunday regardless.

With defenses keying in on Deebo Samuel since his running mate was lost for the year, Jennings has elevated his play to mimic that of the superstar he is filling in for. The window to snag Jennings has likely closed in competitive formats, but managers should continue to ride the hot hand as the 49ers hit the road to face the Packers next Sunday.

Impact The defensive end sacked Seattle quarterback Geno Smith in the third quarter but appeared unable to celebrate due to the injury, per Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle. Bosa entered the game with a questionable tag due to an injury to his other hip, and he believes he may have overcompensated during the contest, according to Wagoner. The 2022 NFL Defensive Player of the Year has 32 tackles (22 solo), including 5.5 sacks, an interception, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in 2024.

With inactive status now confirmed for Kittle, he'll miss his second contest of the campaign. Per Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com, fellow TE Eric Saubert is dealing with an illness but expected to play, which could mean Jake Tonges and Brayden Willis get more snaps at the position than expected.
