Impact Thompson spent portions of the 2023 season on the Seahawks' practice squad. He was elevated for Week 7 against the Cardinals, when he took two snaps on offense without accruing a stat. It's unlikely that Thompson will crack the Rams' 53-man roster, but a good showing for the rest of training camp and in the preseason finale against the Texans on Saturday could help his chances of sticking around on the taxi squad.

Joining Dallas Thompson was signed to the Cowboys' practice squad Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Impact Thompson was let go by the Seahawks in early December and he will now join the Cowboys' practice unit prior to Week 18. The 24-year-old will provide Dallas with an additional running back option heading into the postseason.
