Coby Bryant - Impresses in new role Bryant recorded 73 tackles (48 solo), six pass breakups and three interceptions, including a pick-six, across 17 games during 2024.
Impact Bryant entered the 2025 season as a special-teams player and a backup defensive back, but he ended up starting in Week 7 and never looked back, starting the final 11 games. The 2022 fourth-round pick mostly played cornerback in college, but his transition to a full-time safety role looks complete. Bryant may need to battle to retain the role in 2025 depending on the Seahawks' offseason moves.

Tyrice Knight - Impresses in second half Knight recorded 88 tackles (41 solo), two pass breakups and 1.5 sacks through 16 games during the 2024 season.
Impact Knight played sparingly to begin the season, but he was named starter after the Week 10 bye and never looked back, tallying 65 tackles through the final eight games (8.1 per game). The rookie fourth-round pick probably hasn't done enough to guarantee a starting role in 2025, but he'll be in the competition barring high-end additions to the team this offseason.

Leonard Williams - Hits double-digit sacks again Williams recorded 64 tackles (37 solo), 11.0 sacks, three pass breakups and a pick-six across 16 games during the 2024 season.
Impact Williams didn't slow down a big in his age-30 season, as he put up double-digit sacks for the first time since the 2020 season while adding his first career pick-six -- a 92-yard return. Having signed a three-year deal with the Seahawks in March of 2024, Williams has two years remaining on his contract. As it stands, he'll carry a $29.15 million cap hit in 2025.

Devon Witherspoon - Reaches second straight Pro Bowl Witherspoon registered 98 tackles (66 solo), nine pass breakups and 1.0 sacks across 17 games during the 2024 season.
Impact Witherspoon was the Seahawks' only Pro Bowl player this season, marking his second time earning the honor in as many years. The 2023 first-round pick primarily played in the slot and paid dividends for fantasy managers with a high tackle count once again. He'll undoubtedly be a starter again in 2025 and should draw plenty of fantasy intrigue.

Julian Love - Hits 100-tackle mark again Love recorded 109 tackles (79 solo), 12 pass breakups, three interceptions and two forced fumbles across 17 games during the 2024 season.
Impact Love has now stacked up at least 100 tackles in three straight season and 10 pass breakups in two straight seasons. The 2019 fourth-round pick signed a three-year contract extension with the Seahawks last summer, locking him in through 2027. Love will start at free safety again in 2025 as the Seahawks aim to get back into the playoffs.

AJ Barner - Finds paydirt four times as rookie Barner caught 30 passes (38 targets) for 245 yards and four touchdowns across 17 games with the Seahawks in 2024.
Impact Barner operated as the Seahawks' No. 2 tight end behind Noah Fant. The rookie fourth-round pick managed to finish third among all Seahawks pass-catchers with four touchdowns despite never recording more than 34 yards in a game. Fant has one year remaining on his contract, meaning Barner will likely serve as the No. 2 once again in 2025.

Pharaoh Brown - Single-digit catches in 2024 Brown recorded eight catches (12 targets) for 65 yards through 15 games with the Seahawks in 2024.
Impact Brown averaged 16.3 offensive snaps per game, finishing behind both Noah Fant and rookie fourth-round pick AJ Barner. The 30-year-old tight end will be an unrestricted free agent this offseason, so he may end up on his fifth team in four years.

Impact The 2021 fourth-round pick didn't play an offensive snap for the Seahawks. He'll be a restricted free agent this offseason, and even if the Seahawks retain him, Darden will need to earn his job in training camp.

Kenneth Walker III - Struggles in third season Walker (ankle) rushed 153 times for 573 yards and seven touchdowns and caught 46 passes (53 targets) for 299 yards and a touchdown across 11 games in 2024.
Impact Walker popped out of the gate with 103 yards on the ground in the season opener, but he only eclipsed the 80-yard rushing mark one other time the rest of the season. He dealt with multiple injuries, including an ankle injury that ended his season. When the 2022 second-round pick was healthy, he was the clear starting running back ahead of Zach Charbonnet. However, Charbonnet looked solid down the stretch with 60 carries for 303 yards (5.0 YPC) and three touchdowns over the final five games. Walker should be healthy to start the 2025 season -- the final year of his contract -- and he'll need to perform well and stay healthy to stave off Charbonnet.
