Impact Rudolph dressed each of the past three games but played fewer than eight snaps each time out and recorded one reception for eight yards during that stretch. With Cameron Brate (neck) returning from a three-game absence Sunday, and Cade Otton and Ko Kieft on hand as depth options, Rudolph wasn't needed as a fourth tight end in Germany.

Impact Brate will dress for the first time since suffering the neck injury in the Buccaneers' Week 6 loss to the Steelers after he completed a regimen of three full practices from Wednesday through Friday. Though he's served as Tampa Bay's starting tight end when available this season, Brate could find himself in a timeshare with rookie Cade Otton in the former's first game back from injury. The veteran tight end has missed four of the Buccaneers' last five games with a concussion and a neck injury, so he could be eased back into the mix Week 10 with a smaller role than usual.
