Mike Edwards - Full participant Wednesday Tampa Bay head coach Todd Bowles said Edwards fully participated in Wednesday's practice, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Impact Edwards was held out of Tampa Bay's Week 6 loss to Pittsburgh due to an elbow injury, but he's on track to suit up against the Panthers on Sunday. Across five appearances this season, the fourth-year safety has totaled 36 tackles, two pass defenses, one sack and one interception, which he returned for a touchdown.

Cameron Brate - Not at practice Brate (neck) isn't practicing Wednesday, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Impact X-rays on Brate's neck came back negative Monday, but he'll be in danger of missing time after suffering a scary-looking injury in Sunday's loss to Pittsburgh. The Buccaneers turned to Cade Otton in an every-down role after Brate's departure, much like in Week 5 when the rookie drew 94 percent of snaps and seven targets with Brate in the concussion protocol. The Bucs have two games coming up in short order, with Sunday's trip to Carolina followed by a Thursday home game against the Ravens in Week 8.

Josh Wells - Designated to return from IR Wells (calf) was designated for return from injured reserve Wednesday.

Impact Succop didn't have a chance to attempt an extra point for the second time this season, as the Buccaneers went for a two-point conversion after their one touchdown. However, Succop's perfect tally on field goals served as an extension of what is turning into a potential career-best season for the veteran, who's only missed one attempt all season back in Week 1 and has been perfect on eight PATs as well.
