However, Austin Hooper was dealing with a neck injury throughout the week, which may have opened the door for Okonkwo to serve in a bigger role in the Titans' offense. Okonkwo took advantage by catching his first career touchdown on an eight-yard reception midway through the second quarter. He also chipped in a long gain of 23 yards that led to a Derrick Henry touchdown run. It may be premature to say Okonkwo has taken over as Tennessee's top tight end, but he flashed his potential against the Colts.

However, he worked efficiently in the first two quarters, completing 12 of 15 passes with both of his touchdowns. Tannehill has reached 30 pass attempts in only one game this season, so it's hard to rely on him to post consistent fantasy production.

Impact Henry had a tremendous first half, posting 99 rushing yards on 14 carries. The highlight came on a 19-yard rushing touchdown, but he also chipped in three carries that went for more than 10 yards. While his production slowed in the second half, Henry topped 100 rushing yards for the first time this season. Notably, he also has eight receptions combined across his last two games.
