Impact Dupree wasn't able to practice all week, so it's not a surprise to see him ruled out for Week 11. Olasunkanmi Adeniyi saw a larger role when Dupree left Sunday's win over the Saints, so he will likely draw the start at outside linebacker against Houston.

Geoff Swaim - Ruled out for Week 11 Swaim (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Impact Swaim was added to the Titans' injury report Thursday with the head injury, an indication that he likely was diagnosed with the concussion following Wednesday's practice. Tennessee evidently determined he hadn't made enough progress through the NFL's five-step concussion protocol to suit up Sunday, so he'll be sidelined for the first time all season Week 11. Swaim's absence should pave the way for MyCole Pruitt and Anthony Firkser to split work at tight end, with the latter player being the superior pass-catching option of the two.

Impact After sustaining the head injury in last week's win over the Saints, McNichols didn't practice Wednesday through Friday and wasn't on course to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol by Sunday. McNichols' absence leaves D'Onta Foreman and Adrian Peterson as the Titans' healthy backs, but because neither player is an accomplished pass catcher, the team could promote Dontrell Hilliard from the practice squad prior to Sunday's game to give the team a third-down option.
