Taylor Lewan - Under evaluation for head injury Lewan is being evaluated for a concussion after leaving Monday's contest against the Bills on a cart, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.
Impact Lewan went down in a heap near the goal line in the second quarter and didn't move much before the team's medical staff tended to him. He was placed on a back board before he was moved to the cart, but fortunately he gave a thumbs up to the crowd as he went to the locker room. Now in the protocol for head injuries, Lewan will be replaced by Kendall Lamm at left tackle.

Caleb Farley - Injures left knee Monday Farley (knee) won't return to Monday's game versus the Bills, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.
Impact Farley was in an out of the game before his departure, when he injured his left knee on a tackle at the end of an Emmanuel Sanders' 21-yard catch. He couldn't put any weight on his left leg as he was assisted by team trainers off the field, and he needed a cart to get to the locker room. The 2021 first-round pick has had a difficult year on the medical front, having undergone a microdiscectomy during the predraft process and sitting out Weeks 2 through 4 due to a shoulder issue. Now, Farley could be in store for another lengthy recovery.

Jeremy McNichols - Dealing with ankle injury McNichols (ankle) is questionable to return to Monday's game against the Bills, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Impact It's unclear if McNichols actually got on the field prior to this announcement from the Titans, as Derrick Henry had both carries for the team on its first possession. McNichols only managed one limited practice during Week 6 prep due to an ankle issue, so he may have aggravated the injury during pregame warmups. Aside from Henry, Tennessee only has fullbacks Khari Blasingame and Tory Carter available to the backfield.
