Cut by Philly The Eagles waived Fulgham on Tuesday, Geoff Mosher of 97.5 The Fanatic Philadelphia reports. Impact When injuries hit the Eagles' group of wide receivers last season, Fulgham was featured from Weeks 4-11, a span in which he surpassed 50 receiving yards five times in seven games. After that point, though, he topped out at 30 yards in the final six games as he was squeezed out of the offense. With a new coaching staff in Philly, Fulgham was fighting for a roster spot with the likes of recent Eagles draftees John Hightower and J.J. Arcega-Whiteside this offseason but lost out. It'll be interesting to see if Fulgham garners any interest on waivers, but he may be a candidate for the Philadelphia practice squad, if not.
