Impact Before landing on the list last Thursday following a positive test for the virus, Smith had missed two of the Cardinals' previous three games with an ankle injury. Without the star left tackle in the lineup Week 18, Dallas was able to secure an easy win over the Eagles, so the extra week off to rest his ankle may have proven beneficial for Smith. Assuming he's able to get his conditioning back in practices this week following his bout with the virus, Smith should be ready to protect Dak Prescott's blind side while facing off against a strong San Francisco pass rush in Sunday's wild-card game against the 49ers.
