ImpactEverett made an early exit from Sunday's loss at San Francisco due to a groin injury, finishing Week 10 with two catches (on two targets) for 23 yards. In his previous eight appearances this season, he was good for at least a 57 percent share of snaps and averaged 6.6 targets per game, taking advantage of a mostly absent Keenan Allen (hamstring) and back-to-back DNPs from Mike Williams (ankle). As a result, Everett will be a player to watch as the Chargers gear up for Sunday's NFC West showdown with the Chiefs.

Otito Ogbonnia - Dealing with ruptured patellarChargers coach Brandon Staley said that Ogbonnia has a ruptured patellar tendon and is set to miss the remainder of the season, Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times reports.
ImpactOgbonnia was previously expected to sit out the rest of the season due to a quad injury suffered during Sunday's loss to the 49ers. However, it appears he actually ruptured his left patellar tendon, leaving him with a 6-to-12-month recovery based on the usual timetable for such injuries. Ogbonnia will finish his rookie season campaign with 14 tackles and 133 defensive snaps played, and he'll now shift his focus to returning by the start of the 2023 season.
