Graham Gano - Rebounds with strong Week 12Gano made both of his field-goal attempts, including a 57-yarder, and converted both of his extra-point tries Thursday against Dallas on Thanksgiving.

ImpactAn ill Gano struggled mightily last week against Detroit, missing both of his extra-point tries while not attempting a field goal for the first time since Week 1. He bounced back in impressive fashion Thursday, converting a 57-yard field goal on New York's second possession and a 47-yarder just before halftime. The veteran kicker also made both of his point-after tries, so it's probably safe to say that last week's struggles were a result of his illness and not a reason to be concerned about his reliability moving forward.

Micah Parsons - Another virtuoso performanceParsons recorded three tackles including two sacks in Thursday's win over the Giants.

ImpactNew York was able to hold the Dallas pass rush mostly at bay in the first half, but Parsons finally got to Daniel Jones after halftime as the Cowboys took control of the game on both sides of the ball. Parsons has 12 sacks on the season, leaving him one back of Matthew Judon for the NFL lead.

Rodarius Williams - Nabs first career interceptionWilliams recorded one solo tackle and two passes defensed -- including an interception -- Thursday in a Week 12 loss to Dallas.

ImpactWilliams' pick came in Giants territory on Dallas' second drive of the contest. It was his first career interception in seven NFL games. He suffered a torn ACL in Week 5 last season and didn't return until last week against Detroit, but he appears to be gaining traction in New York's secondary, as he played a career-high 50 defensive snaps (67 percent of the Giants' total) on Thanksgiving.

Brett Maher - Rare miss in Thanksgiving winMaher missed his only field goal attempt but connected on all four of his extra points in Thursday's win over the Giants.

ImpactHis 46-yard miss in the fourth quarter didn't affect the final result, but it was his first misfire on a FG attempt of less than 50 yards all season. Maher is 22-for-22 on PATs over the last five games, giving him a steady fantasy floor, but he's seen more than one FG attempt only once during that stretch as the efficiency of the Dallas offense has limited his ceiling.

Peyton Hendershot - Nabs rushing TDHendershot turned his only carry into a two-yard touchdown during Thursday's win over the Giants.

ImpactThe Cowboys' tight end room had a lot to be thankful for after the game -- in addition to Hendershot's score on a jet sweep in the fourth quarter, Dalton Schultz caught two TD passes and Jake Ferguson made highlight reels by hurdling a New York defender on a 30-yard reception. Hendershot's spot on the depth chart affords him few touches, but the rookie is on his way to becoming an effective H-back in the NFL.
