Ashton Dulin - Moves to lesser roleDulin had just one reception for seven yards on his lone target in Sunday's win over Kansas City.
ImpactWith both Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce returning from injuries, Dulin returned to his fourth receiver role. Dulin played on just 18 of the offense's 71 snaps. However, he's shown more this season than starter Parris Campbell (just five receptions in three games), so it wouldn't be surprising to see Dulin overtake Campbell for a larger role in the offense before too long.

Mo Alie-Cox - Just one receptionAlie-Cox had one reception for nine yards on three targets in Sunday's win over Kansas City.
ImpactAlie-Cox's role on the offense continues to shrink even though he played the most snaps and ran the most routes of Indy's tight ends (Alie-Cox with 42 snaps compared to 16 for Jelani Woods and 30 for Kylen Granson). He already was splitting time with Granson in terms of targets and routes, but then Woods caught two touchdowns Sunday. Alie-Cox's 6-foot-5 height looked set to make him a primary red-zone target of Matt Ryan, but he may have been supplanted by the 6-foot-7 Woods in that role as well.

Parris Campbell - Non-factor againCampbell started at receiver next to Michael Pittman, but he had just two receptions for 10 yards on two targets in Sunday's win over Kansas City.
ImpactCampbell played on 58 of the offense's 71 snaps, outpacing Alec Pierce (32) and Ashton Dulin (18). However, Pierce had five targets in his return from a concussion. Campbell has been almost a non-factor in the offense despite seeing the second-most snaps among receivers with just five receptions for 47 yards and no touchdowns through three games. He could be at risk of losing his starting job before too long.

Nyheim Hines - Five catches in Week 3 winHines rushed three times for seven yards and caught five of six targets for 23 yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over the Chiefs.
ImpactHines gets most of his touches on checkdowns and designed short passes, giving him more value in PPR formats. He has seen consistent volume over the first three games, with either five or six targets in each one. However, he's not getting the kind of larger usage that the coaching staff forecast in the preseason. Hines and the Colts will host the Titans in Week 4.

Alec Pierce - Totals 61 yards in returnPierce (concussion) caught three of five targets for 61 yards in Sunday's 20-17 win over the Chiefs.
ImpactPierce returned after missing Week 2 and immediately stepped into the No. 2 wide receiver role behind Michael Pittman, who returned from a quadriceps injury of his own. The rookie second-round pick will look to solidify his spot as Matt Ryan's second option in the passing game Week 4 against a Titans defense that's tied for the most touchdowns allowed to wide receivers with six this season.
