Malik Nabers - Four grabs in Week 7 lossNabers caught four of eight targets for 41 yards in Sunday's 28-3 loss to the Eagles.
ImpactSeeing his first action since Week 4 after recovering from a concussion, Nabers had lackluster numbers but still led the Giants in receiving yards. although Wan'Dale Robinson saw one more target. It was the least productive performance of the rookie's young career. but assuming the Giants are a little more competitive in Week 8 against the Steelers, Nabers should return to the kind of volume he was getting before his injury -- 45 targets in his prior three games, which he turned into a mammoth 30-320-3 line.

Devin Singletary - Sees little action in returnSingletary carried the ball five times for 18 yards and caught his only target for three yards in Sunday's 28-3 loss to the Eagles.
ImpactAfter missing the last two weeks due to a groin strain, Singletary saw little action in his return, but that was largely due to game script. Tyrone Tracy was only slightly busier out of the backfield, turning nine touches into 32 scrimmage yards. It's impossible to draw any conclusions on the New York backfield situation given the nature of Sunday's rout, but Singletary seems headed for a timeshare with Tracy given the rookie's success in his absence. However, both backs could struggle again in Week 8 against a stingy Steelers defense.
