Daniel Carlson - Spectator in Week 8 lossCarlson did not register any point-after tries or field-goal attempts during Las Vegas' 24-0 loss at New Orleans on Sunday.
ImpactBesides sending the second-half kickoff into the end-zone for a touchback, Carlson did not participate in a game where the Raiders came in as road favorites and were subsequently shut out by 2021 second-rounder Pete Werner and company. For his part, Carlson has been basically automatic this season, converting on all 16 of his field-goal attempts and 13-of-14 point-after tries, but he'll need his offense to find more success in order to have a chance at bouncing back in Week 9 when his team travels to Jacksonville.

Mark Ingram II - Likely to miss time with MCL sprainIngram (knee) suffered an MCL sprain during Sunday's blowout win over the Raiders and is expected to miss 3-to-4 weeks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
ImpactIngram could be a candidate to land on IR for a minimum of four games, depending on the Saints' internal estimates of his return timetable. That could provide Dwayne Washington with an opportunity to step into the No. 2 running back spot behind Alvin Kamara, though perhaps the true beneficiary of increased opportunities would be Taysom Hill, who saw a season-high 10 carries for 61 yards versus Las Vegas.

Keelan Cole - Targeted five times SundayCole caught two of five targets for 30 yards in Sunday's 24-0 loss to the Saints.
ImpactCole was mostly uninvolved until the Raiders' final drive when he saw four of his five targets from backup quarterback Jarrett Stidham in garbage time. Cole figures to remain behind Davante Adams, Hunter Renfrow and Mack Hollins in the pecking order at wide receiver against the Jaguars in Week 9.

Ameer Abdullah - Four receptions SundayAbdullah caught four passes for 28 yards on five targets in Sunday's 24-0 loss to the Saints.
ImpactAbdullah has caught a total of six passes over the Raiders' past two contests, but three of his receptions came in the fourth quarter Sunday when the Saints had already built a 24-point lead. Fellow backup Brandon Bolden played just one offensive snap to Abdullah's 20, indicating the latter may have a firmer grasp on the pass-down role again Week 9 against the Jaguars.

Jarrett Stidham - Eight completions in blowout lossStidham completed eight of 13 passes for 72 yards in Sunday's 24-0 loss to the Saints.
ImpactStidham relieved starting quarterback Derek Carr for the final drive of the contest after the Raiders had already fallen down by 24 points. Stidham managed to complete eight pass attempts in his limited playing time, but the offense still failed to make a mark on the scoreboard. He figures to retain backup duties against the Jaguars in Week 9.
