D'Andre Swift - Still not 100 percentSwift (ankle/shoulder) said Monday that he's still not 100 percent, but he anticipates having a larger role moving forward, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.
ImpactSwift totaled 18 touches for 175 yards and a touchdown during the season opener but has been limited during his three appearances since. He sat out for a month (three games plus Detroit's Week 6 bye) and returned to action against Miami in Week 8, totaling 10 touches for 33 yards and a score. His much-anticipated return left fantasy managers wanting more, but it's encouraging to see the talented running back make it through the contest without suffering a setback. Despite admitting he's not 100 percent and saying the injuries still are impacting him "a little bit," Swift expressed confidence that his role will continue to grow as he puts the lingering injuries behind him.

Michael Badgley - Another solid performanceBadgley converted two of two field-goal attempts and three of three PATs during Sunday's 31-27 loss to the Dolphins.
ImpactBadgley may need to start handling kickoff duties to become a candidate for being Detroit's long-term answer at kicker, but he otherwise has been solid for the Lions through two games. The Miami product converted field goals from 26 and 42 yards out in this one and is now a perfect 8-for-8 on the year thanks to a four-field-goal showing he had with Chicago earlier in the season. Badgley will look to stay mistake-free in a potential Week 9 shootout against the Packers.

Kalif Raymond - Another productive outingRaymond caught three of four targets for 76 yards during Sunday's loss to the Dolphins.
ImpactWhile he has yet to find the end zone in 2022, Raymond again is putting together a solid campaign as a role player for an injury-ravaged Lions receiving corps. Even though Amon-Ra St. Brown and D'Andre Swift are back in commission to steal targets, Raymond should continue to handle a large amount of snaps for Detroit while DJ Chark (ankle) and Jameson Williams (knee) get back into game shape. Up next is a Week 9 matchup against a Packers secondary that is allowing the second-fewest passing yards per game (174.8) this season.

Craig Reynolds - Tiny role in Swift's returnReynolds rushed twice for seven yards and was not able to secure his lone target during Sunday's loss to the Dolphins.
ImpactWith D'Andre Swift back in the fold, Reynolds saw his second-lowest snap share of the season while Swift and Jamaal Williams handled the near entirety of the rushing workload. Unless one of those two misses time again, Reynolds' offensive role should remain miniscule.

Josh Reynolds - Drops potential touchdownReynolds caught two of six targets for 14 yards during Sunday's loss to Miami.
ImpactReynolds had a quiet day that could have been much more productive had he not dropped a surefire touchdown at the end of the first half or been able to secure a difficult catch for another potential touchdown at the end of the second half. However, with DJ Chark (ankle) and Jameson Williams (knee) still sidelined, the opportunities should continue to be there for Reynolds in future weeks. The Texas A&M product will look to get back on track Week 9 against Green Bay.

Jason Sanders - Flawless in narrow winSanders converted his only field-goal attempt and all four extra-point tries during Sunday's 31-27 win over the Lions.
ImpactSanders did all that was asked of him in Sunday's narrow win, a game that saw the Dolphins trailing by a two-score deficit and playing catchup early. Miami's offense will take on a Bears defense Week 9 which just allowed 49 points to the Cowboys, so Sanders could be see ample scoring opportunities.
