Impact Dissly showed promise in each of his first two NFL campaigns, recording 31 receptions for 413 yards and six touchdowns through 10 games. Both seasons were cut short due to two devastating injuries -- a torn patellar tendon and a torn Achilles. The 24-year-old managed to stay healthy for the entire 2020 season, finishing with a 24-251-2 line. With a healthy offseason ahead of him, the Seahawks are hoping Dissly can return to pre-injury form, but they signed Gerald Everett as insurance. Everett is the favorite for the No. 1 job after receiving $6 million guaranteed on a one-year deal. However, Dissly will garner plenty of playing time because of his blocking abilities, so he should have a chance to claim the top spot in training camp.

Impact Dissly led the Seahawks' tight end room in receiving yards despite running routes on just 66.9 percent of offensive snaps, fewer than both Jacob Hollister and Greg Olsen. The 2018 fourth-round pick flashed offensive upside in both of his first two seasons, producing a combined 31-418-6 line over 10 games before suffering a torn patellar tendon and a torn Achilles in consecutive seasons. Coming back from both of those injuries was a feat by itself, but there are still questions about whether he can return to the pass catcher he was beforehand. Dissly will have a chance to answer those questions in the final year of his rookie contract in 2021, but he may have to share reps with Hollister, who will be a free agent in March once again.

Impact Dissly has been limited as a pass-catcher for much of the season and was held catchless in Week 12 against the Eagles. However, he bounced back to post his first performance with more than two catches on the campaign. Dissly worked exclusively in short areas of the field as his longest catch went for only 10 yards, limiting his production. Even with the relatively strong volume, it will be difficult to trust Dissly moving forward as he has to share targets with fellow tight end Jacob Hollister as well as standout wide receivers DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.

It's possible that the Seahawks' injury-riddled backfield factored into Dissly's playing time, but he's been trending in this direction for weeks and could maintain this role moving forward. Dissly run blocks on a good chunk of his snaps, though, and as long as Olsen is on board, his fantasy upside is capped.

Olsen is running more routes than Dissly, but it's worth noting that Dissly is still getting comfortable after his 2019 season ended with a torn Achilles. If Dissly's workload continues to increase, he could be worth a flier in fantasy as we head into the home stretch since he's a touchdown threat in the highest-scoring offense in the league. The third-year pro out of Washington is especially interesting in dynasty formats.
