Zach Pascal On Go-Ahead Touchdown, Fumble Recovery To End Game
DECEMBER 20, 2020 • YOUTUBE
Finds end zone twice Pascal recorded five receptions on six targets for 79 yards and two touchdowns in Week 15 against the Texans.
Impact Pascal paced all Colts receivers in receptions and yards, narrowly beating out T.Y. Hilton in each statistic. However, he made his primary impact with two touchdown grabs, which came from 11 and five yards. Pascal had recorded only one reception in each of his last three games, but Sunday, he benefitted from Michael Pittman's inability to command targets. He'll face a stiffer test in Week 16 against the Steelers.

Records long catch in Week 14 win Pascal collected one of his two targets for a 27-yard reception during Sunday's 44-27 win against the Raiders.
Impact The Old Dominion product continues to demonstrate an ability to make plays downfield, as he finds himself with a yards-per-catch average exceeding 13.0 for a second consecutive year. Pascal's two total touchdowns restrict his fantasy upside, but he ranks third on the team in targets (55) behind T.Y. Hilton and Nyheim Hines heading into a Week 15 matchup against Houston's No. 24 pass defense.

Targeted once in win Pascal caught his lone target for 11 yards in Sunday's 26-20 win over the Texans.
Impact Pascal finished second to rookie Michael Pittman among Colts' wide receivers with an 80 percent snap share. However, it was T.Y. Hilton who stole the show with an 8-110-1 performance, while Pascal finished with his lowest yardage total of the season. Pascal's consistent usage is encouraging, but it's tough to depend on him in fantasy at this point.
DECEMBER 8, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Upgrades to full activity Pascal (knee) was a full participant in practice Thursday.
Impact Pascal was listed as questionable before avoiding the inactive list ahead of last week's loss to the Titans, but he looks poised to enter Sunday's game in Houston without an injury designation at all. The starting wideout has drawn multiple targets in each of the Colts' 11 games to date, but he's yet to produce an eye-popping line in any of those outings, topping out at five receptions, 58 receiving yards and one touchdown in any given week.
DECEMBER 3, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Limited due to knee injury Pascal (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Impact Pascal caught just one pass in last week's loss to the Titans, but he didn't seem to be slowed by an injury, as he played 53 of a possible 74 offensive snaps. The wide receiver will look to raise his practice participation level as the week unfolds ahead of Sunday's trip to Houston.
DECEMBER 2, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Just one reception Sunday Pascal had one reception for 23 yards on four targets in Sunday's loss to Tennessee.
Impact Pascal actually played the third-most snaps among Indy wide receivers (53 of 74) and started when the Colts opened in a three-receiver set. While he's been a steady part of the offense, he's had just one game with more than four receptions as Philip Rivers has spread targets around the receiving corps.
DECEMBER 1, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Set to play Sunday Pascal (knee/foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Titans, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports.
Impact The Colts listed Pascal as a non-participant on their first two practice reports of the week before he was able to get back on the field Friday as a limited participant. The Indianapolis coaching and training staffs were apparently satisfied with how Pascal looked during that session, so he should be on track to fill his normal starting role in the team's receiving corps. Pascal has been consistent -- if unspectacular -- over the past five games, finishing with between three and five receptions and 33 and 54 receiving yards in each contest.
NOVEMBER 29, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Questionable for Week 12 Pascal (knee/foot) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans after returning to a limited practice Friday.
Impact Pascal has carved out a modest degree of fantasy utility this season, while scoring two TDs and averaging 3.1 catches and 38.4 receiving yards through 10 games. Those in deeper formats considering the wideout in Week 12 lineups will have the benefit of knowing his status prior to the first wave of games this Sunday, with the Colts kicking off at 1:00 p.m. ET.
NOVEMBER 27, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Listed as DNP again Pascal (knee/foot) was listed as a non-participant on Thursday's practice estimate.
Impact Pascal didn't practice Wednesday, so what he does Friday will be crucial with regard to his chances of suiting up Sunday against the Titans. Ten games into the 2020 season, Pascal has carved out a modest degree of fantasy utility, while scoring two TDs and averaging 3.1 catches and 38.4 receiving yards per game.
NOVEMBER 26, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Totals 53 receiving yards Pascal caught all three of his targets for 53 yards during Sunday's 34-31 win over the Packers.
Impact The three receptions actually tied-second on the team, with quarterback Philip Rivers completing passes to 11 different receivers during the contest. Pascal's 54 receiving yards also ranked second on the team, trailing only Michael Pittman. Pascal is averaging 3.8 catches for 48 yards over the past five games, but his fantasy value is limited with only one touchdown during that stretch.
NOVEMBER 24, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Narrowly misses TD in win Pascal brought in four of five targets for 33 yards in the Colts' 34-17 win over the Titans on Thursday night.
Impact Pascal would have had a much more fruitful fantasy night had it not been for the fact he came up about half a yard short of the goal line on a third-quarter catch, a play that was originally ruled a touchdown before being reversed on replay. The third-year pro did hit the four-reception mark for the third time in the last four games, but his yardage total was his lowest since Week 5 against the Browns. With rookie Michael Pittman (7-101 on Thursday) appearing to expand his profile in the air attack by the week, Pascal may be even more challenged to produce noteworthy fantasy numbers moving forward.
NOVEMBER 13, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Makes five catches in loss Pascal secured five of six targets for 55 yards in the Colts' 24-10 loss to the Ravens on Sunday.
Impact With T.Y. Hilton (groin) out of action and Jack Doyle (concussion) exiting the game in the first quarter, Pascal led the Colts in receptions while checking in second in receiving yards by one to Michael Pittman. Pascal remains a solid possession option, but he lacks the explosiveness to offer next-level fantasy upside and therefore isn't a reliable candidate to take over the deep routes Hilton often runs. Pascal will look to continue making solid contributions in a Week 10 Thursday night battle against the Titans.
NOVEMBER 8, 2020 • ROTOWIRE
Catches three of six targets Pascal caught three of six targets for 44 yards during Sunday's 41-21 win over the Lions.
Impact Pascal led the team in targets while tying for the lead in receptions and finishing second in yardage. He recorded a long gain of 20 yards, which tied his third-longest of the season, and converted first downs on his other two receptions as well. T.Y. Hilton (groin) left the game with an injury, which in theory created more opportunities for Pascal, but he finished with modest numbers nonetheless. Whether Hilton plays or not next Sunday against the Ravens, Pascal will face a tough matchup and probably doesn't carry much fantasy upside given the nature of the Indianapolis offense.

Catches TD in comeback win Pascal had four receptions for 54 yards on seven targets, including a 17-yard touchdown, in Sunday's win over the Bengals.
Impact Pascal has been working as the No. 2 receiver with injuries to Parris Campbell (knee) and Michael Pittman (leg), but he had just two targets last week amid Philip Rivers' struggles. With the Colts falling behind early Sunday, the Colts turned to the passing game with Rivers showing a significant improvement (105.4 passer rating). Pascal isn't in a high volume passing offense, so he may not be a steady source of production unless the Colts are forced to catch up like Sunday.

Hauls in two passes during loss Pascal corralled both of his targets for 15 receiving yards during Sunday's 32-23 loss to the Browns.
Impact The 25-year-old paced Indianapolis with 58 receiving yards during a 19-11 win over the Bears in Week 4, but he established a new season low in yards Sunday despite playing 91 percent of the offensive snaps. Pascal proved during 2019 that he is capable of breaking big plays, as evidenced by his five touchdowns and 14.8 yards-per-catch average. Thus far in 2020, however, he's only once had more than four targets in a game, scoring one total TD.
