Impact Ovechkin missed the start of training camp due to a minor injury. He had 31 goals and 65 points in 79 regular-season contests last season. Ovechkin is one of the greatest goal scorers in history, but at the age of 39, it's hard to know how much he still has left in the tank for the 2024-25 campaign. If nothing else, the risk of regression is significant.
