ImpactMacEwen was called up Friday as an injury replacement for Josh Norris (shoulder), but he's now injured himself. The severity of MacEwen's injury isn't known, leaving him questionable for the Senators' upcoming trip to California.

ImpactChabot was deemed a game-time decision, but he'll suit up Saturday after also being questionable before playing Friday versus the Coyotes. The Senators will have seven defensemen on hand with Maxence Guenette in the lineup while Brady Tkachuk (upper body) sits out Saturday. That lineup composition could allow the team to build in some relief for Chabot if his lingering issue flares up during the game.

ImpactTkachuk exited Friday's 5-3 loss to Arizona due to the injury, but it previously looked like he would still play Saturday. His absence will bring an end to his streak of 219 consecutive games played. Tkachuk has 26 goals, 50 points, 104 PIM and 198 hits in 58 outings this season. The Senators are projected to dress seven defensemen Saturday, including Maxence Guenette.

Sean Durzi - Adds power-play helperDurzi logged a power-play assist and two PIM in Friday's 5-3 win over the Senators.

ImpactDurzi has three points over his last six games, all of which are power-play helpers. The defenseman is up to 31 points (13 on the power play), 95 shots on net, 120 blocked shots, 51 PIM and a minus-3 rating through 54 outings overall. He still takes a few too many penalties, but Durzi has been a leader on the Coyotes' blue line in his first year with the team while also serving on the first power-play unit a majority of the time.

ImpactHayton has three points over 12 games since he returned from a hand injury in early February. His latest contribution was the primary assist on Matias Maccelli's empty-netter Friday. Even when factoring in his lengthy absence, Hayton has had a disappointing campaign with seven points, a minus-12 rating and 53 shots on net through 28 appearances after posting 43 points in 82 outings a year ago.

ImpactChabot is still a bit banged up despite logging 22:46 of ice time in Friday's 5-3 loss to Arizona. He has produced five goals, 21 points, 85 shots on net and 73 blocked shots over 36 appearances this season. If Chabot can't play Saturday, Maxence Guenette will draw into the lineup.
