Two goals, three points Saturday McMann tallied two goals and an assist in Saturday's 9-2 win over Anaheim.

Impact McMann extended Toronto's lead to 2-0 on a first-period power play before adding another tally in the second, snapping a feed from Max Domi past John Gibson to put the Leafs ahead 8-1. The 27-year-old McMann would add a third point with an assist on Nick Robertson's goal in the final frame. After recording a hat trick Tuesday, McMann now has five goals and six points in his last three outings after recording just two goals and seven points in his first 26 games this season. McMann should continue to see time on Toronto's third line while also working on the second power-play unit.

Three goals pace win McMann found the back of the net three times in a 4-1 win over the Blues on Tuesday.

Impact It was a special night for McMann. After only scoring two total goals in his NHL career, he scored his first hat trick to finish off the Blues. The 27-year old winger played only 13:30 minutes but he made the best of it, getting six shots, five hits and a plus-3 rating. His goal barrage started in the first period on the third shot of the game when he outworked the defenseman from behind the net to shove the puck through the five-hole. He added two more in the third period, including an empty-netter, to complete the hatty. After being moved between the AHL and the NHL multiple times this season, McMann is making a case to stay up with the big club.

Playing Monday McMann (undisclosed) will be activated off injured reserve ahead of Monday's clash with the Islanders, Lance Hornby of The Toronto Sun reports.

Impact McMann has periodically served as a healthy scratch this season, so his return to the lineup probably shouldn't be considered permanent. Once David Kampf (undisclosed) is deemed fit, he will likely replace McMann in the lineup but that's not expected until after the Leafs' next three games. As such, McMann figures to get a longer look in the lineup.

Impact McMann could miss only one game as the Maple Leafs are in Winnipeg on Saturday before returning to action after the All-Star break. McMann has been seeing fourth line duty alongside David Kampf and Noah Gregor, Look for Ryan Reaves to get back into the lineup, especially if Calle Jarnkrok (undisclosed) is unable to go, after getting injured in practice Friday.
