MacKenzie Weegar - Lights lamp in Vegas Weegar scored a goal on three shots, added two PIM, logged three hits and blocked two shots in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Golden Knights.
Impact Weegar opened the scoring at 6:27 of the first period. The 29-year-old defenseman has racked up five goals and six assists over his last 14 games. He's now just one goal shy of matching his career high of eight from the 2021-22 campaign. The blueliner has 17 points, 75 shots on net, 50 hits, 69 blocked shots, 20 PIM and an even plus-minus rating through 29 appearances. Weegar will likely be open for more offense after playing on the second pairing with Jordan Oesterle on Tuesday with Chris Tanev (upper body) out.

Impact Kadri tallied in the second period and then helped out on a Yegor Sharangovich tally in the third. This was Kadri's second multi-point effort in a row, and he's gotten on the scoresheet in seven of his last eight games (four goals, five helpers). The center has 22 points, 89 shots, 22 hits, 17 PIM and a minus-8 rating through 29 contests overall. While he's playing on the second line, Kadri has been among the Flames' most consistent players since the start of November.

Dustin Wolf - Allows five goals Tuesday Wolf stopped 34 of 39 shots in Tuesday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Golden Knights.
Impact Wolf's final line doesn't speak to how he kept the Flames close under pressure from the Golden Knights' offense. Unfortunately, he let a trio of one-goal leads slip away and then lost the game on Mark Stone's breakaway tally in overtime. Wolf is now 1-2-1 with 16 goals allowed over five NHL outings this season. The 22-year-old likely needs to string some good games together to get more playing time, though Dan Vladar hasn't been very effective in the absence of Jacob Markstrom (finger). The Flames wrap up their three-game road trip in Minnesota on Thursday, and it's unclear which goalie will get the nod for that contest.
