Clark Bishop - Inks two-year extension Bishop, who was eligible to become an unrestricted free agent this summer, signed a two-year, two-way contract with Calgary on Wednesday.
Impact Bishop will come with a $775,000 cap hit if he plays in the NHL. The 27-year-old had 11 goals and 23 points in 64 contests with AHL Calgary in 2022-23. In 47 career NHL outings, he's contributed a goal and eight points.

Kristians Rubins - Set to play in Sweden Rubins signed a one-year contract with MoDo Hockey of the SHL on Tuesday.
Impact Rubins chipped in eight points in 45 AHL games between Belleville and Calgary during the 2022-23 season. He recently played a starring role in Latvia's bronze-medal victory at the 2023 IIHF World Championship, scoring the winning goal in overtime against Team USA.
