Marc-Edouard Vlasic - Exits with injuryVlasic (undisclosed) won't return to Saturday's game versus the Oilers.
ImpactAnother update on Vlasic may surface following Saturday's contest, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him get shut down for the last three games of the season if his injury is anything but minor. If that ends up being the case, Vlasic will finish the campaign having collected 18 points and a minus-13 rating through 77 contests.

James Reimer - Yet another lossReimer made 29 saves in a 6-1 loss to Edmonton on Saturday.
ImpactOptimus Reims will go down in the history books as the guy in net when Connor McDavid tallied his 150th point. The Oilers star scored in the first to hit that mark and then again in the third. Reimer is now 12-19-8 in 38 starts, but half of his wins had come by Dec. 13 (6-8-2). Since then, he's 6-11-6. At 35, Reimer would surely love to sign another contract as a backup for 2022-23, but his numbers will dictate the number of zeros on that deal.

Alexandar Georgiev - In goal SaturdayGeorgiev will guard the road goal Saturday versus the Kings, Kyle Fredrickson of The Denver Gazette reports.
ImpactGeorgiev has won three straight starts, giving up seven goals in that span. The 27-year-old will face a tough test in the Kings, who have struggled a bit by scoring just 11 goals over their last six games, a span in which they've gone 2-4-0.

Bowen Byram - Out SaturdayByram isn't available for Saturday's game against the Kings because of an illness, per Kyle Fredrickson of The Denver Gazette.
ImpactByram has 10 goals and 23 points in 39 contests in 2022-23. He's been particularly effective recently, providing three goals and five points over his last six outings. With Byram out, Brad Hunt is projected to draw into the lineup for the first time since March 22.

Pavel Francouz - Expected to start SundayFrancouz (lower body) will start in Sunday's road game against Anaheim, Kyle Fredrickson of The Denver Gazette reports.
ImpactFrancouz is still expected to miss Saturday's contest versus LA, but Avalanche coach Jared Bednar has already marked the goaltender's return date. Francouz, who was last in net Feb. 7, has a 7-7-1 record, 2.53 GAA and .919 save percentage in 15 appearances this season. Anaheim's as good a team as any for him to shake off the rust against, given that the Ducks have the 31st-ranked offense with 2.47 goals per game in 2022-23.

James Reimer - Starting SaturdayReimer will defend the home crease versus Edmonton on Saturday, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.
ImpactReimer has won his last two starts but gets a very tough matchup against the highest scoring team in the NHL - the Oilers. Reimer is 12-18-8 with a 3.31 GAA and .894 save percentage this season.

Tristen Robins - Recalled SaturdayRobins was called up from AHL San Jose on Saturday, Sheng Peng of San Jose Hockey Now reports.
ImpactRobins has gone nearly two years between call-ups. He ranks fifth in scoring for the Barracuda with 17 goals and 21 assists through 63 games. This is likely a late-season audition for the 21-year-old, who was selected 56th over in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.
