Three points vs. San Jose Robertson had a goal and two assists in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Sharks.

Impact Robertson was Dallas' best player by a wide margin in this solid win Wednesday. The star winger ended a nine-game slump when he gave the Stars a 1-0 lead at 15:33 of the first period, scoring off a spin move at the top of the left face-off circle, and then he'd add helpers in the goals scored by Wyatt Johnston and Roope Hintz. This was Robertson's second multi-point outing of the season, and he needs to start producing at a better rate to live up to his ADP in most formats.

Scores, assists in win over Sharks Johnston had a goal and an assist in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Sharks.

Impact Johnston enjoyed an excellent start to the season and cracked the scoresheet in his first five appearances, but he's cooled off since then. This was his first multi-point outing of the campaign, and if excluding that five-game stretch at the beginning of the season, he only has four points (two goals, two assists) in 13 contests. Given that Johnston had 65 points in 82 regular-season outings in 2023-24, this is not the kind of start nor he or fantasy managers were waiting for.

Impact Hintz, who scored one of the Stars' two empty-netters in this game, has scored seven goals and tallied 12 points in his 18 appearances this season. However, he hasn't been very consistent on a game-to-game basis. Even though his role in the lineup will give the 28-year-old plenty of opportunities to produce, his current haul has been subpar compared to the numbers he's posted in recent years.

Impact Dadonov closed out the scoring for the Stars with 54 seconds left in the third period. The Russian winger has struggled with consistency, though, posting four goals across his last six appearances but also going pointless three times in that span. His production is trending in the right direction, but the lack of consistency linits his upside in most formats.

Solid in win over Sharks Oettinger stopped 21 of 23 shots in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Sharks.

Impact Oettinger returned to the lineup after resting in the 4-2 loss to the Ducks on Monday, and the star goaltender was excellent between the pipes in a game that turned out to be more complicated than expected. Oettinger has been on a tear of late and has won each of his last four starts, posting a 1.50 GAA and a .935 save percentage in that span. He's cemented his place as one of the elite goaltenders in the league.

Impact Lundkvist was injured in the second period, leaving the Stars to finish Wednesday's contest with five blueliners. The 24-year-old defenseman should be considered day-to-day for now. If he can't play Saturday versus the Lightning, Brendan Smith will likely rejoin the lineup. If the injury is significant, the Stars may call up a blueliner to replace Lundkvist.

Impact Bourque has been scratched a couple of times this season, though that's just part of the process for a rookie that's trying to find his game at the NHL level. The 22-year-old has been limited to three points, 12 shots on net and a minus-1 rating while averaging 11:07 of ice time over 12 contests. Bourque's offense is likely to be limited in a fourth-line role with minimal power-play time, so his fantasy value is lower in redraft leagues than it is in dynasty.

Impact Benn is in a seven-game goal drought, but he has four assists, 28 PIM and 12 hits in that span. The 35-year-old had another excellent game at the faceoff dot as well, winning 10 of 11 draws. He's taken 141 faceoffs this season, winning 92 of them for a 65.2 percent success rate. While he doesn't have a ton of volume at the dot, he can help in fantasy formats that count the stat since he's primarily played left wing instead of center. Benn has added nine points, 28 shots on net, 28 hits and 38 PIM over 17 appearances.

Impact DeSmith made his first start since Nov. 2 and had a disappointing performance, allowing a season-high mark in goals and posting the worst save percentage of any game in his previous five starts. In six outings this season, DeSmith has gone 2-3-0 with a 2.22 GAA and a .914 save percentage, but he's not expected to see many opportunities as the backup of Jake Oettinger.

Impact Lindell didn't open his points tally until Oct. 26, when he recorded an assist in a 4-2 win over Chicago, but he's been very consistent since then. Lindell is expected to remain in the Stars' top defensive pairing alongside Miro Heiskanen, especially if he continues to produce as he has over the last three weeks.
