Struggles in Toronto Wedgewood allowed five goals on 31 shots in Wednesday's 5-4 loss to the Maple Leafs.
Impact It was a tough night for Wedgewood, who allowed four goals over the final two periods, dropping his first start since Jan. 21. The 31-year-old Wedgewood has just two wins since the beginning of January, going 2-3-2 while struggling to an .876 save percentage in that span. Overall, he falls to 13-5-4 with an .896 save percentage and 3.08 GAA while backing up Jake Oettinger this season.

Impact The Stars vacated their net and scored with 1:25 remaining in regulation thanks to Heiskanen's dish to Wyatt Johnston, but it wasn't quite enough for the road team to force overtime. With five goals and 26 assists through 41 games, Heiskanen remains a quality blueliner, but he'll be hard-pressed to come near the career-high 73 points that he supplied Dallas in 2022-23.

Impact Seguin didn't slow down during the break -- he has five helpers over his last four games. The 32-year-old forward is up to 40 points, 103 shots on net, 34 hits and a plus-6 rating through 50 appearances. The Stars have kept steady line combinations for most of the season, and Seguin's done nothing to suggest he'll be dropped from the second line any time soon.
