ImpactBenn got on the scoresheet in consecutive games for the first time since Jan. 6-8. The 34-year-old had also gone 11 games without a power-play point entering Tuesday. He's experienced the expected regression after last year's 78-point campaign, recording 32 points, 98 shots on net, 72 hits and 35 PIM through 57 outings in 2023-24. He'll need to do a little better down the stretch to get back to the 50-point threshold.

Joe Pavelski - Helps out on power playPavelski logged a power-play assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Tuesday's 3-1 loss to the Rangers.
ImpactPavelski's gone a month without a goal, racking up seven assists over his last 12 outings. It's not for a lack of trying -- he has 35 shots on net in that span. The 39-year-old is at 47 points (15 on the power play), 142 shots on net, 52 blocked shots, 46 hits and a plus-1 rating through 57 appearances. Pavelski and Wyatt Johnston have occasionally swapped lines, but it appears Pavelski is best suited for top-line usage alongside Roope Hintz and Jason Robertson.

ImpactHeiskanen got the new father boost, but the rest of the Stars couldn't solve Igor Shesterkin. The 24-year-old Heiskanen has three goals and four assists over his last nine games, with two power-play points in that span. Overall, he has 34 points (12 on the power play) with 109 shots on net, 64 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating through 46 appearances in a top-pairing role this season.
