Impact Cooley surrendered two goals in the opening period and another three in the first seven minutes of the second before the 26-year-old netminder was replaced by Georgi Romanov for a second straight game. It was a tough finish to the year for Cooley, who allowed 13 goals on 45 shots in his final two outings. He'll finish the campaign 2-3-1 with an .870 save percentage and 4.98 GAA.

Impact Cooley was fantastic in his last start Thursday against Seattle, stopping 49 of 50 shots en route to a 3-1 victory. He'll try to extend his personal winning streak to three games in a tough road matchup with an Oilers team that will be getting Connor McDavid (lower body) back from a three-game absence.

Impact The Kraken threw everything but the kitchen sink at Cooley, but he was able to limit the damage to a first-period goal by Brian Dumoulin. The Sharks are in evaluation mode, so it wouldn't be surprising to see Cooley start at least one of the team's last three games.

Impact What a night to remember for Cooley as he produced the first NHL win of his career. He kicked aside the first 24 shots of the game until finally being beaten on the power play between the pads by Jordan Kyrou in the third frame.
