Impact Montour scored the Panthers first goal when his point shot deflected off Bolts' defender Emil Martinsen Lilleberg; it came in the first period. Montour hasn't been able to replicate his outstanding 2022-23 season, and he has only 15 points, including just three goals, in 39 games. But he does have four points in his last three games, and nine of his points have come with the man advantage, including two PPA on Saturday. So, he does have a some short-term fantasy value.

Dominating season continues Verhaeghe had two goals and an assist in a 9-2 win over the Lightning on Saturday.
Impact Verhaeghe popped in two in the third period; the second was his 30th of the season. The assist came on the power play when his point shot was redirected by Matthew Tkachuk early in that same frame. Verhaeghe has four goals (five points) in his last two games and six goals in his last six games. He's a top-10 goal scorer this season, and he's on pace for his second consecutive 40-plus goal season and first-ever 86-point season. Verhaeghe played for the Bolts in 2019-20, but they let him walk at the end of that season. What a mistake.

Impact The Bolts scored the first and last goals of the game, and the kitties filled the middle with nine of their own. Bobrovsky has won six consecutive games, including one by shutout, and he's allowed 10 goals in that span. Bob has carried his excellent postseason from last year into this one, and he has the Panthers on top of the Atlantic division and entire Eastern Conference. Roll with him for as far as he takes you.

Impact The first star of the game was well deserved. Bennett scored in the first on a one-timer off a pass from Matthew Tkachuk, who also put up four points on the night. And then he pushed the score to 8-1 early in the third on the power play. Bennett snapped a six-game point drought with the explosive night, and that probably meant he was on a lot of fantasy benches. Ouch.

Impact The 27-year-old continues to get onto the scoresheet. Forsling has piled up two goals and eight points over his last 10 games, a stretch in which he's also produced 16 blocked shots, 17 shots on net, 17 hits and a plus-8 rating. He still skates in the shadow of Aaron Ekblad and Brandon Montour on the Florida blue line, but Forsling's all-around development has him on pace for a career-best campaign -- he's already tied his career high with 69 hits, and his plus-35 rating is third in the NHL behind the Canucks duo of Quinn Hughes and Filip Hronek.

Impact The star center had a hand in setting up both of Carter Verhaeghe's goals on the night. Barkov has a goal and seven points in eight games since returning from a lower-body injury in late January, but he's been able to stay mostly healthy this season, missing only six of the Panthers' 54 contests so far. In his 48 games, he's produced 12 goals and 53 points, keeping him on pace for the third 80-point campaign of his career.

Impact It's the second straight multi-point performance for Lundell, and fourth in the last 10 games. Those contests account for his only points during that stretch, however. The 22-year-old is capable of putting together some short-term fantasy value, but his third-line assignment limits his upside, even in a Panthers lineup that features plenty of firepower.

Impact The 28-year-old winger opened the scoring midway through the first period before adding an empty-netter in the third, but the first tally was all the support Anthony Stolarz would need. It was Verhaeghe's third multi-goal performance of the season, and it continued a hot streak that has seen him erupt for 12 goals and 27 points over the last 20 games. After breaking out for a career-high 42 goals last season, Verhaeghe is nearly matching that pace in 2023-24 and sits two markers short of another 30-goal campaign.
