ImpactThe netminder was able to keep things scoreless in the first period, but Lyon was hung out to dry over the final 40 minutes as the Red Wings were out-shot 28-16 and got thoroughly out-played. Lyon has seen a career-high workload this season and could be wearing down -- he's given up four or more goals in four of his last eight starts, going 4-4-0 with a 3.45 GAA and .882 save percentage. It wouldn't be a surprise if James Reimer began to draw into the crease more often.

ImpactAfter helping to set up the first goal of the afternoon, a second-period strike by Brandon Montour, Rodrigues potted his own tally early in the third. The 30-year-old snapped a five-game point drought and 12-game goal drought in the process, and while his early-season hot streak is a distant memory, he's provided decent secondary scoring since the All-Star break with six points in 10 contests.

ImpactThe 22-year-old center snapped a brief four-game point drought with helpers on Brandon Montour's second-period goal and a third-period tally by Evan Rodrigues. Lundell's role on the third line and second power-play unit do limit his fantasy ceiling, but there's been enough scoring to go around in Florida lately, even for the team's depth options -- over his last nine games, he's collected four goals and eight points.

Brandon Montour - Hot streak continuesMontour scored the game-winning goal and added two power-play assists in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Red Wings.

ImpactThe 29-year-old blueliner is suddenly one of the hottest players in the NHL. Montour has five multi-point performances in the last seven games, and over that stretch he's erupted for four goals and 13 points, with about half of that production (one goal and six helpers) coming on the power play. Offseason shoulder surgery delayed his start to the season and it took him a while to get back up to speed, but Montour has regained the form that saw him rack up a career-high 16 goals and 73 points in 2022-23.

Sergei Bobrovsky - Shuts out WingsBobrovsky made 21 saves in Saturday's 4-0 win over Detroit.

ImpactAfter a scoreless first period, the Panthers' offense got rolling, but Bobrovsky made sure the Red Wings' attack never did. It's the fourth shutout of the season for the 35-year-old netminder and the 42nd of his NHL career, and it continued a dazzling run that has seen him go 9-1-0 over his last 10 starts with a 1.49 GAA and .949 save percentage. Bobrovsky's a two-time Vezina Trophy winner, and he might be pushing his way into the conversation for a third -- his 30 wins has him one behind league leaders Thatcher Demko and Alexandar Georgiev, and his 2.30 GAA on the season ranks second among qualifiers behind Connor Hellebuyck.
