Doubtful Friday Kulich (lower body) is doubtful for Friday's game against Pittsburgh, according to Bill Hoppe of the Olean Times Herald.

Impact Coach Lindy Ruff said Thursday that Kulick is progressing but doesn't think that he will be an option Friday. The center will miss his fourth straight game after suffering the injury against Washington on Jan. 6. Kulich has seven goals and nine points with 64 shots on goal in 31 games this season.

Closing in on return Kulich (lower body), who won't play Wednesday against the Hurricanes, could return as early as Friday against the Penguins, Bill Hoppe of the Olean Times Herald reports.

Impact Kulich sustained a lower-body injury against the Capitals on Jan. 6, and he's been on injured reserve over the past week. While he'll be forced to miss at least one more game, he's trending in the right direction and hasn't yet been ruled out for Friday.
