Impact The 34-year old work horse led all skaters with a colossal 25:59 TOI. He was able to score a power-play goal 1:31 into the second period on a signature slap shot that beat Jake Oettinger cleanly and cut the Stars lead to 2-1. It wasn't enough as Dallas scored three consecutive goals in the third period in dominating fashion. The Kings look to put this loss behind them when they face the Flyers on the road this Thursday.

Cam Talbot - Gives up another five Talbot allowed five goals on 28 shots in a 5-1 loss to the Stars on Tuesday.
Impact Talbot has not won a game in almost a full calendar month. The Stars only managed 28 shots on net but Talbot struggled to stop the puck, ending up with a .821 save percentage on the night. It was especially deflating for the Kings when Talbot allowed three consecutive goals in less than four minutes in the third period. It will be hard for fantasy managers to start Talbot until the Kings can start winning again.

Impact That would sideline Lizotte, who was injured Monday versus Carolina, until at least Feb. 10 against Edmonton. Per Russell Morgan of Hockey Royalty, Lizotte is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Wednesday, which could provide a better timeline for his return. Impact Talbot struggled in his last start Saturday against the Red Wings, surrendering five goals on 27 shots before being replaced by David Rittich at the start of the third period of the eventual 5-3 defeat. Talbot will try to shake off that poor performance and snap his personal seven-game losing streak in a tough road matchup with a Dallas team that's averaging 4.04 goals per game at home this year, second in the NHL.

Blake Lizotte - Unlikely to play Tuesday Lizotte (lower body) was deemed "doubtful" to face Dallas on Tuesday according to coach Todd McLellan, per Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site.
Impact Lizotte looks set to miss out versus the Stars, his second stint in the infirmary this season. Considering the 26-year-old center is stuck in an 11-game pointless streak and has scored just once in his last 18 games, few fantasy players figure to be impacted by his absence. Arthur Kaliyev figures to rejoin the lineup with Lizotte sidelined, though the recently recalled Samuel Fagemo could also be an option.

Impact After back-to-back 60 plus point seasons with the Jets, Dubois has struggled to produce points for the Kings, putting up only 19 points in 40 games. Against the Hurricanes he was able to score his ninth goal to put the Kings up 4-1 and essentially put the game away for his team. The former 2016 third overall NHL draft pick is only averaging 15:49 TOI and playing on the third line so it will be hard to trust his production.

Impact Moore led all Kings' skaters with four shots on net in 21:09 TOI. His opening goal on a loose puck that he shot high into the net over goalie Antti Raanta set the tone for his team. He finished it off with a bookend goal into an empty net to get the Kings their first win in nine games. The 28-year old winger has five points in his past four games and looks to carry this momentum against the Stars on Tuesday night.

Impact Even with the Kings being on an eight-game winless skid, Danault has managed to put together a five-game point streak. Danault ended up with a plus-3 rating with two shots on net and a hit. The Kings face the Stars on the road this Tuesday.
