Signs entry-level contract
Groshev signed a three-year, entry-level contract with Tampa Bay on Monday.
Impact
Groshev produced six points in 34 games with SKA St. Petersburg of the KHL during the 2022-23 season. The Lightning selected the 21-year-old winger in the third round of the 2020 NHL Entry Draft.
