Joel Hofer - Earns win in NHL season debutHofer saved 32 of 34 shots in a 5-2 victory over Washington on Friday.

ImpactHofer was making his season debut, and the Blues provided him with plenty of offensive support to secure the victory. Jordan Binnington was serving the first outing of his two-game suspension, which is why Hofer is up with St. Louis. Once Binnington's eligible to return for the Blues' game against Detroit on March 21, the 22-year-old goaltender will probably head back to AHL Springfield, where he's posted a 2.50 GAA and a .920 save percentage in 40 contests.

ImpactKyrou scored early in the second period to put St. Louis up 2-0. It was his 31st goal and 65th point in 65 games this season. Kyrou is on fire, providing six goals and 11 points over his last eight outings.

The 26-year-old also has only 23 goals in 190 career contests, but he's been finding the back of the net lately, providing four markers -- along with two assists -- over his last five games. It helps that Blais averaged 14:55 of ice time over four contests from March 9-15 and logged 13:29 versus Washington, which is up from just 10:36 over his first 52 outings.

ImpactLeddy was held off the scoresheet over his previous seven contests and earned just his second multi-point game of the campaign. He has two goals and 18 points in 64 appearances this season. Although Leddy recorded at least 40 points in each campaign from 2015-16 through 2017-18, the 31-year-old is no longer a significant offensive force. He gets very little power-play ice time with St. Louis, but he still regularly serves in a top-four capacity.
