Impact Forsberg helped out on an Alexandre Carrier goal late in the third period, which was the game-winner. The 29-year-old Forsberg is up to four goals and three assists through six outings in January as he continues his strong bounce-back campaign. Impact Saros was brilliant, though he gave up the opening tally on a shot tipped in by Jean-Gabriel Pageau with eight minutes left in the third period. The Predators rallied after that, scoring three times over the last five minutes for the win. Saros has two wins in his last seven games, a span that has seen him allow five goals in four of those contests. Impact Barrie has a goal and 11 points in 30 outings in 2023-24. He was last in the lineup Dec. 23. When he's ready to return, Barrie might challenge Luke Schenn for a spot on the third pairing, but the offensive defenseman might also spend some time as a healthy scratch.

He offers little more than physicality, making him a poor option in most fantasy formats.
