Sean Couturier - Dealing with minor injury Couturier will miss Saturday's game against Winnipeg because of a minor undisclosed injury.

Impact Couturier has 10 goals and 29 points in 40 outings in 2023-24. With his injury being classified as minor, he might still be an option for Monday's contest against St. Louis. In the meantime, Bobby Brink, who was a healthy scratch Friday, is expected to draw back into the lineup Saturday.

Samuel Ersson - Set to start Saturday Ersson is expected to start on the road against Winnipeg on Saturday.

Impact Ersson stopped 17 of 19 shots en route to a 3-2 shootout win over Montreal on Wednesday. He has a 10-5-3 record, 2.46 GAA and .903 save percentage in 18 appearances in 2023-24. The Jets rank ninth offensively this year with 3.39 goals per game, but Winnipeg will be without top forwards Kyle Connor (knee) and Mark Scheifele (lower body) on Saturday, so the Jets shouldn't be as difficult a matchup as they are usually.

Impact Zamula set up Joel Farabee on the game-winning goal with 1:24 left in the extra session. This was the third time in four games Zamula has picked up an assist, all of which have come on the power play. That role with the man advantage has helped him stay in the lineup for 10 straight games, matching his longest stretch of the season, though head coach John Tortorella will likely keep the 23-year-old blueliner on a short least. Zamula has 11 points (four on the power play) with 29 shots on net, 35 blocked shots, 22 PIM and a plus-10 rating over 33 appearances.

The 29-year-old center has been above 16 minutes of ice time in five straight games after a brief dip onto the fourth line in December.
